WampaWear is a home-based company founded by entrepreneur Azman Sugi and his 15 year-old daughter Sara, in January of 2012. The company is located in Northern Colorado. WampaWear is dedicated to providing accurate style, comfort, durability and quality apparel and accessories. These items were originally inspired by Star Wars. The materials chosen are based on correct textures, outstanding appearance, and durability to compliment the portrayed character.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Wampawear.com® uses United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your order as efficiently as possible.

  • Standard shipping for orders with delivery addresses in the United States, APO/FPO, and US Territories are sent via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
  • Please keep in mind that delivery to military addresses may take longer than the stated times.
  • Standard shipping for orders with International delivery addresses are also sent via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
  • Express and Express Plus orders are delivered using USPS EMS.
  • To qualify for this services, you must place your order by 11:00am ET. If your order is placed after 11:00am ET, it will be processed on the following business day.
  • All P.O. box orders will be delivered within the United States by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Canadian P.O. box orders will be delivered by DHL.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

  • It is all depends on shipping method you choose during the check out process. When estimating your order’s arrival date, please do not include weekends and holidays.
  • Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. A shipping confirmation will arrive via e-mail once your order is in transit with a tracking number.
  • You must place your order by 11:00am ET. If your order is placed after 11:00am ET, it will be processed on the following business day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do.

A shipping charge will NOT be indicated at checkout, or in your order confirmation email. We will have to calculate the charge based on country and the package weight and email you a total for your approval. Shipping charges do NOT include duties, taxes, or other applicable fees for your country. Please check with your local customs agency or the appropriate government offices to clarify possible charges.

Where is my back order?

At this time Wampawear.com® does not accept backorders. If an item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment we will ship the balance of your order and adjust your order total including shipping.

How Can I Return A Product?

  • At Wampawear.com®, we want you to be satisfied. We thank you for visiting our Web site and want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with Wampawear.com through our web site.
  • If you change your mind about purchasing our product and cancel before we initiate fulfillment of your order, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
  • Due to the cost of doing business, we do not offer refunds for transactions processed on our website.
  • If the product that you receive are defective or you are unable to use them, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to exchange your product for one of equal or lesser value.
  • We will not accept exchange requests submitted after 14 days of receiving your product due to the cost of doing business.
  • We will only cover the shipping fees for a return only if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect item). Delivery and shipping costs are NOT refundable.
  • Returns will be credited via the original form of payment, two to three weeks after they are received, if returned within 30 days.
  • A restocking fee of 25 percent will be charged on all items returned not in its original condition and/or not in factory-sealed packages.
